Was my order history transferred to the new website?

Unfortunately, order histories could not be transferred to our new platform and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. If you are a current customer whose online account was affected by this transition, you should have received a one-time coupon of 10% Off your next order via e-mail once you reset your password on the new site. 

Note: We still have all order history records in our main system. Only website accounts were affected by these changes and any future orders will be saved in your account on our new site as normal. Please send your business name, email or phone number associated with the account for us to better assist/locate your company information to info@coastalbusiness.com or call in to speak with one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-562-7760
