To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, we have instituted a completely contact-free pick up process.
When you arrive, please call (314) 447-2135 to notify our staff that you have arrived. We ask that you remain in your vehicle and open your trunk. A member of our staff will then bring your order out and place it in your vehicle.
- Coastal Business Supplies will no longer handle cash orders or keep any cash on-site.
- We now require a $80 minimum order total for warehouse pick-ups
- All orders must be placed and paid in advance through the online store or by calling into our local offices.
- Any changes to orders made at pick-up must be processed as a return and may take a full 24 hours for processing.
- Please only choose the customer pick-up option if you plan to come to our Hazelwood, Missouri location to pick up your order. If you do not see the pick-up option at checkout please call our offices to place your order.
- After your order is placed it will process through our system quickly, but due to the volume of packages that we handle, there could be up to a 2 hour processing time until your package is ready to be picked up.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. Please do not arrive at our office prior to receiving this confirmation as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready.
- Our staff is limited between the hours of 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, so we may not be able to assist you during that time.
As always, Coastal Business Supplies offers free shipping on orders over $149*. Plus, all orders received by 7:00 pm central ship same-day unless an item is back ordered, and most local deliveries are just an estimated one business day ship!
